Princess Cruise Line's new "Ruby Princess" ship debuts in November of 2008. It will make Caribbean cruises from Fort Lauderdale's Port Everglades. Go to Jamaica, the Cayman Islands and Cozumel on a one-week cruise.

The Ruby Princess will feature "The Sanctuary" adults-only retreat, "Movies Under the Stars" outdoor movie screen, and 900 cabins with private balconies. "Personal Choice Dining" options include a traditional dining room, two anytime dining rooms, two specialty restaurants (an Italian trattoria and a seafood/steak house), and casual cafes for wine, burgers, pizza, afternoon tea and more.
